Excellent list. in addition to trac, I also use http://www.binfire.com, a collaborative project management tool with great features for collaboration like interactive whiteboard, collaborative document markup, group chat, task management and interactive Gantt. What is really nice about binfire is that all pages are live, so you can see in real time who is doing what in your team. They also have a free version fro small teams.

I have never heard about Agilo before, I will check it…
Mantis is a bug tracker (which is probably one of the worst and outdated piece of software I have ever used), and not a PM tool.

This is a great list. I know that Redmine is a great open source tool for project management. I’ve also used Trac several times on different projects.
I recommend also taking a look at our online project management tool, Intervals. Especially if you are looking for time tracking combined with project management.
That is a great list but I’m surprise to see that Vertabase project management software is not on the list.
